So I must ask. When did women get the idea that �tights� are the same as �leggings�. Really? Tourists assault my eyeballs with outfits consisting of short T-shirts over a pair of tights. That�s like wearing a T-shirt with pantyhose.

And don�t get me started on the poor guy riding the subway this morning with a poodle on his head. Ok, MAYBE it was a toupee. But I think I saw doggie biscuits in his pocket.
